Jen is a registered Social Worker with 18 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in Toronto and Windsor. She received her Master's degree in Social Work with honours through the Advanced Masters Program at the University of Windsor.

Through an anti-oppressive approach, Jen applies various methodologies including feminist and systems theory, trauma-informed and harm reduction perspectives. She is passionate about working with diverse populations and those who have experienced traumatic situations.
